Cyn Notary Service proudly serves Essex County and the surrounding areas.
I started my notary journey back in 2017, working in the banking world, where I quickly learned the ins and outs of documents and signatures. In 2023, I decided it was time to take the plunge and start my own business—because who doesn’t love a good adventure? Now, I’m here to make notarizing documents easy, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun. (Yes, it’s possible!)
I get it—paperwork can feel like a maze, but that’s where I come in. I’m all about keeping things simple, clear, and as hassle-free as possible. Whether it’s for personal, business, or legal matPhoto Galleryters, I’m here to take the headache out of the process and make sure you’re taken care of. Let’s make this quick and painless—just the way it should be!

Our notary services make getting your documents notarized simple, efficient, and stress-free. Whether in person or remotely, we ensure that all your documents are signed and notarized correctly, so you can proceed with confidence. Quick, easy, and reliable service every time!
I offer a wide range of notary services, including general notary work (such as affidavits, power of attorney, and wills), loan document signings (for purchases, refinances, and other real estate transactions), and remote online notarizations (for clients who need notarization services from the comfort of their own home).
Remote online notarization (RON) allows you to get your documents notarized via video conference, without having to be in the same location as the notary. Using a secure online platform, I’ll verify your identity, witness the signing, and notarize the document—all virtually. It’s a fast, convenient option for clients who can't meet in person.
To prepare, simply bring valid, government-issued ID (like a driver’s license or passport) and any required documents. For loan signings, ensure you've reviewed the documents ahead of time (with your lender or title company if needed). If you’re using remote notarization, make sure you have a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device, and any necessary documents ready for the online session.
My loan signing services are offered at a set price, which includes everything needed for a smooth closing. For general notary work, pricing depends on factors like whether the service is in-person or online, the type of document being notarized, and the distance for in-person appointments. I’m happy to provide a custom quote based on your specific needs—just reach out for more details!
